Insanity Necklace

Just lying there, sad and depressed (twisted to the right), you might question my sanity.  However, take your meds (twisted to the left), and a lovely spiral design appears and the "cure" is at hand.  Copper and purple toned niobium rings blend together to make a completely "sane" design!  For the moment anyway!
