As with any new health "regime", it's important to take-one-a-day! Remember, it's not just your physical health you need to boost, but your mental health as well. It's amazing how a short time Tangling can bring a bit of serenity into your world.....and any amount of "laying back" complies with doctor's orders. I had a Mooka attack tonight and the "coloring" drew my attention away from a hectic day at work.
