"Boxed" Tangles

The group met today, after a short delay due to illness. We were pleased to have Darcie join in today and it turns out, she is a natural! The project today was making small 3" boxes with computer paper.....I wanted it to be a surprise so I didn't tell them what we were making at the beginning. I just asked them to do one of their favourite tangles onto the paper. Then we did the "folding" and voila! we had small gift boxes, personally decorated. The tiny and large boxes were made with a heavier patterned paper just for the fun of it, and will be handy for Christmas wrapping ..... who needs gift bags anyway?? I enjoyed the day, as I always do, sharing a fun little project with some great gals!
