Attempts #2 and #3

Spent a lovely day "zenning" with Vickie and Louise. As usual Vickie was the perfect hostess and Louise was an excellent travel companion (i.e. showed no fear at all). I had come across a tangle called Feather/s and was determined to "get it right" regardless of how long it took. My first attempt was the black and white one from the other day.....these are my attempts today (with which I am quite pleased). I was able to get the more feathered/petal look I was going for....this is the reason I love Zentangle so much.....although each attempt might not be the exact thing one is aiming at, every attempt produces a pleasing result. It's not too often in life that one likes a so-called "failed" attempt at anything.....but that's Zentangle's appeal!
