Kringel Pattern Box

I decided to try the Kringel Zentangle pattern on a papermache box which I had painted a copper colour and set aside quite some time ago. With an overlay of gunmetal colour I made the box section a wooden pattern and then sponged the lid to match. With the use of the same paint colours and a hint of Glaze Sakura pens, I completed the Kringel pattern. I debated for quite a while as to whether to add more pattern, but I think with the "mixed media" approach, less is likely more (as they say).
